Valves and Seats are a critical component of the mud pump hydraulic end, engineered to withstand high-frequency operation and severe impact loads. Forged as a single piece from premium 20CrMnTi alloy steel, it undergoes advanced heat treatment with a carburization depth exceeding 1.8 mm, achieving a working surface hardness of HRC60 or higher for exceptional strength and toughness. Its PU, NBR, or HNBR sealing elements deliver outstanding wear resistance, ensuring over 300 hours of effective service and long-term reliable performance in harsh drilling conditions.
The valve comes with a full open seat featuring four guide wings. These are either inertia welded to the valve body or uniformly forged with the valve body. The urethane insert can be easily snapped on for quick maintenance.
The 3 web / 4 web seat comes with a stem-guided valve. The urethane insert is tightened by a steel plate and nut. It can be easily replaced with minimum downtime, offering long-lasting service life under harsh service conditions.
