Regular maintenance and cleaning using specialized liquid soaking methods are essential for optimal performance. Our cooling system utilizes high-efficiency heat transfer technology to ensure the entire machine operates within a stable temperature range.
The plate-fin cooler consists of a core, heads on both sides, connecting pipes, and mounting brackets. The core is manufactured through vacuum brazing, integrating cover plates, partition plates, and various fin types into a single robust unit. The baffle serves as the primary heat transfer surface, while fins enhance secondary heat transfer.
